What are your hours of operation?

Our gate hours provide ample hours of access to your storage seven days a week. Check each location for specific gate hours. Office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday-Saturday.

Can you help answer questions about storage problems, storage supplies, movers, truck rentals, etc.?
Our expert staff is here to help solve all your storage problems. We can tell you the most efficient and secure methods to store your property as well as recommend movers and places to purchase your storage supplies.
What are my actual move-in costs?
First month’s rent plus a nominal administrative fee of $10-$15. We do have occasional move-in specials and will always attempt to meet any competitors’ prices. Once you move in, your rental agreement is on a month-to-month basis.
Will my property be safe at DFW Self Storage?
Our managers live on site plus we have state-of-the art security including 24 hour videotape surveillance. You can furnish your own lock or purchase a lock when you move in.
Do I need insurance for my stored property?
Check with your homeowners or renters’ insurance to see if your stored property is covered by your policy. If you find that you do want insurance, we can provide you the name of an insurance carrier that specializes in self storage.
What can’t I store at DFW Self Storage?
Common sense and state laws determine what can be stored. Since you alone have access to your space, do not store anything that needs a controlled environment. This would include explosive or flammable items, toxic materials, foods, or liquids.
How can I prevent damage from pests?
Do not tempt unwanted pests with food, candles, dried flowers or wool clothing. Our staff can also provide you with specific packing tips to ensure that your stored property is not damaged.
